On Cloud Nine

If you’re looking for a sleeping mat that’s comfortable, durable and lightweight, look no further than the Bushbuck Cumulus Light Roll Mat. Named after fluffy, cotton-like clouds, we reckon the Cumulus LT is about as luxurious as sleeping mats get — ideal for hunting, hiking, and general camping trips. The mat is made from 40D ripstop nylon and weighs only 660g (730g with the pack/pump). This makes it one of the most durable and lightweight sleeping mats on the market. Thermolite cotton insulation (R-5 rated) allows for warm air convection and provides a barrier between your body and the ground to keep you snug on those chilly nights.

Easy to Inflate

It’s quick and easy to inflate the mat using the innovative pump sack, which is based on Bernoulli’s principle. Start by connecting the plastic insert on the pump sack to the valve on the mat. With your mouth about 100-200mm away from the bag, blow into the end until it’s inflated. Then roll the pump sack up tight (similar to how you close up a dry bag) and force the air into the sleeping mat. Repeat this 3-4 times to completely inflate the mat. The Cumulus LT Roll Mat has an inbuilt pillow and a second valve for releasing air according to your preference. It’s recommended to inflate the mat nice and tight and then lie down on it and slowly let the air out until it feels comfortable to you. Customer Reviews

"This was the best bit of kit I have got for hunting out in the hills. We were in a tent with snow under us with -5 temperatures outside and on the mat was a world of difference. Highly rate it. Wouldn't go without it now.” - Ben R "Used my new mat for the first time last weekend in freezing temperatures. Initially put too much air in but with the release valve, soon had the perfect amount of air. Very comfortable sleep. So good not to feel the ground below. And especially love how small and compact it rolls down to.” - Tina M "I bought this air mat to replace my bulky air bed, and I was not disappointed! Firstly, my friends laughed at me while I blew it up, but they soon realised it required very little effort. Next, I lay down on my newly inflated mat and good lord it was comfortable!! As someone who has had multiple back/neck injuries, I slept like a baby on this with no soreness at all the next day.” - Shelley B
